Let Millheim Honey Company handle the hard work of establishing your new bee colony. With our established colonies, you won’t have to worry about growth and development—the bees are already well on their way to thriving in their new hive! Each colony comes with a mated, marked 2025 queen and a strong population of worker bees.

Your hive purchase includes:

• A painted 10-frame Langstroth brood box
• 8 frames of drawn-out comb with brood, resources, and a laying queen
• In-frame feeder for syrup support
• Matching bottom board and migratory lid

Once you’ve placed your order, I’ll email you to let you know when your colony will be ready for pickup. No need to worry about specific pickup dates when you order—I'll send you a calendar with available times once your colony is prepared.

MHC bees are raised without the use of chemical treatments, and our queens are bred for disease resistance and healthy colony behaviors. Whether you’re new to beekeeping or have years of experience, we’ll help you get your hive up and running with care instructions and tips for successful colony management.

• MHC is not responsible for the condition of the colony after pickup, including during transportation.
