Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- We proudly offer shipping services within the United States.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard shipping times vary based on location but generally range from 3 to 7 business days.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery progress.

Bees & Beekeeping
Pickup Only Policy:
The following beekeeping-related items and services are pickup only and will not be shipped:
- Nucleus colonies (Nucs)
- Established hives
- Queen bees
Pickup will be scheduled at the time of purchase, and we will coordinate a convenient date and location for you.
Beekeeping Services & Consultations:
The following purchases are refundable, but a 10% processing fee will be deducted due to preparation, scheduling, and planning:
- Nucs, established hives, and queen bees
- Beekeeping classes
- Consultations
- Mobile honey extractions
- Bee removals
Refund & Return Policy
Shipped Items (Full Refunds Available):
For products that are shipped, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Email millheimhoney@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number to millheimhoney@gmail.com.
- We will promptly assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds for Beekeeping Purchases & Services:
For purchases of Nucs, established hives, and queen bees, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from refunds due to costs related to hive preparation, planning, and scheduling.
For beekeeping classes, consultations, mobile honey extractions, and bee removals, refunds can be issued, but a 10% processing fee will apply to cover preparation, scheduling, and operational costs.
