Important Shipping and Pickup Information:

We typically ship Apitherapy Bees during the spring and summer months, from March 1 through November 1, when weather conditions are safest. During this period, we offer express shipping, including weekend shipments, to help ensure the safe and timely arrival of your bees. Outside of this shipping window (November 1 through March 1), bees may still be shipped at the customer’s shipping selection purchase; however, by selecting shipping during this time, the customer acknowledges and accepts the increased risk of bee mortality due to cold weather. Bees shipped during winter months may arrive deceased. Apitherapy bees can still be used for a short time after death, and no refunds will be issued for winter shipments. Refunds will only be considered during the spring and summer shipping season, when death rates are historically very low. For best results, we strongly recommend local pickup whenever possible to ensure optimal bee health and proper handling.

Shipping Insurance is included with each package, ensuring that if the bees are lost in transit, we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
